Safeguarding

Ashcroft Infant and Nursery School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We have a number of policies and procedures in place that contribute to our safeguarding obligation. We actively support the Government’s Prevent Agenda to counter radicalism and extremism and all stakeholders in our school adhere to the ‘Keeping children safe in education guidance.’

Please ensure school is made aware of any changes that may affect our care for your child: address, contact numbers, parents’ living arrangements… Thank you.

The Designated Safeguarding Lead at Ashcroft is Mrs J Fellows - Headteacher

The Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mrs E Lane - Deputy Headteacher.
