Attendance and Absence Procedures

If your child is absent for any reason, you must let us know by 9:30am on each day that they are absent. 

To inform us that your child is absent, you must either call school on 01827 213760 (you can leave a message) or email office@ashcroft.staffs.sch.uk *Do not use Class Dojo to notify us of an absence*

You must give a reason for your child's absence.

If we do not hear from you when your child is absent, we will contact you, in the first instance, via email. If we do not get a response, then we will perform a safe and well check as part of our safeguarding procedures.
