Our children will become creative learners with a wealth of knowledge about line, colour, form, famous artists and how to evaluate their own work. Our classroom displays reflect the children’s sense of pride in their artwork and this is also demonstrated by creative outcomes across the wider curriculum. The school environment celebrates children’s achievements in Art and encourages children to be inspired by what is around them. Creativity, imagination and individuality will be celebrated and children will become experts at improving and editing the pieces they have created. Children will have embedded the key art and design skills needed to allow them to produce inventive pieces of art.
